- Assisting with sourcing, presenting, billing, and organizing FF&E, finishes, plumbing, etc.
- Participating in project management and tracking
- Client site visits when applicable, delivery and set up coordination
- Communication with vendors, contractors, and clients
- Administrative tasks such as running errands, handling/delivery of samples, and
sorting/organizing our sample library
- Positive personality with confidence and a passion for well-thought-through design
- Must be willing to work in-office, commit to a weekly schedule and be on time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Strong organization & time management skills
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop preferred
